Great location and comfortable accommodation.
Positive: The location was perfect. The train is a few minutes walk away. You can easily walk north to Victoria Street and south to Bridge Road. If you’re comfortable walking, you can walk to town through the gardens and yo Richmond station.
Negative: We stayed 17 days and had linen changed once.

We came for the GF’s so it was the perfect spot to stay. Clean, modern, comfy and convenient. Would recommend staying!
Positive: It was close to the MCG, train station and places to eat. Comfy bed, big room, clean and easy access. Let us check in early because of the GF’s.
Negative: The toilet seat didn’t stay up all the time and the toilet paper roll holder was broken. Needed a few more soaps too. Nothing to serious though lol
