Negative: The front door was constantly left open. In fact, I am not sure that the entrance door to the building is an automatically locking as I was able to enter the building without putting in my key code. The door also needs adjusting, so that it doesn't slam when closing automatically. It was difficult to wash the dishes; due to the fact there was no real place to was them.

Great value for money and I'll definitely use them again.
Positive: Value for money. With staying 12 days/ nights i requested clean linen and this was supplied the next day.
Negative: Tea/coffee facilities were a bit tight and I ended up purchasing my own. Also there was no washing liquid to clean dishes, again I provided this and a dish cloth myself. But overall ot definitely fitted my budget and was close to the venues I was visiting.

Excellent value; very comfy space!
Positive: This was a lovely comfortable little space. It was really quiet, private, and peaceful, which was unexpected given its location right on Hoddle St, and the fact that there were numerous other apartments in the building. The building itself was so nice, and the room, despite being small, felt light and airy.
Bed was super comfy, and the air con meant I didn't have to suffer on the hot nights! I also appreciated the nice roomy shower cubicle ( which didn't leak onto the bathroom floor like so many elsewhere seem to).
Checking in was simple and straightforward, and I felt very safe and secure with the electronic door code system.
Belinda was really helpful, friendly, and approachable when I asked a bunch of dumb questions over the phone, too!
On top of all this, it was excellent value for money. I'll definitely be checking for vacancies here when next in Melbourne!
Negative: I feel bad listing any negatives, as it was an overwhelmingly positive experience being here, but my only criticisms ( and they're quite petty at the end of the day) were that the information sheets kindly provided may need a bit of an update, as it does list a little grocery place close by which no longer exists- which I discovered after walking to the location in very hot weather!). The iga is close by, but it's quite expensive and doesn't stock much of a range.
However, public transport is close by, with trams, train stations, and bus stops a short walk away.
I'd still definitely come back here!

Highly recommended and great value for money.
Positive: Excellent value for money. Great location and even on a busy road it wasn’t very noisy. Very secure and they were able to accommodate an early check in. No hesitation in recommending.
Negative: Nothing

Overall, a great place to stay as I have the last 2 times and a very convenient central location.
Positive: Very convenient location, easy walk straight into the city to catch free public transport or train is literally the next street away. Self check in and out is great.
Negative: The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t seem to be working right, so the bathroom tends to build up condensation over every surface and hence some mould forming in the bathroom. Extra toilet paper would have been nice as we were staying for over a week.
